Known for his dynamic leadership and infectious creative energy, Billy oversees performer development, casting, rehearsal processes, show direction, and talent management while helping shape the artistic vision behind Villa Creative’s productions.
Billy’s career has been built on a deep understanding of live entertainment from every perspective. Beginning as a performer, he quickly advanced into leadership roles with Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort, where he helped launch some of the industry’s most celebrated entertainment offerings. Throughout his career, he has served as a character trainer, performance captain, stage manager, assistant show director, show director, entertainment coordinator, and creative development leader, giving him a rare, comprehensive understanding of what it takes to bring world-class productions to life.
His extensive experience includes leadership roles for Halloween Horror Nights, Mardi Gras, Grinchmas, Universal’s Holiday Parade featuring Macy’s, and numerous seasonal entertainment productions. Billy also played an integral role in the opening teams for Disney’s Camp Minnie-Mickey, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade, Diagon Alley, and Universal’s newest Ministry of Magic experience, helping develop operational procedures, performer training programs, rehearsal processes, and show documentation that continue to support successful long-term operations.
A gifted mentor and educator, Billy has created countless training manuals, blocking books, and standard operating procedures that have helped performers and production teams deliver consistent, high-quality entertainment. His passion for coaching artists extends beyond technical performance, focusing on building confidence, professionalism, and authentic connections with audiences.
In addition to his work behind the scenes, Billy is an accomplished performer, singer-songwriter, and recording artist. He hosted his own variety show for three years, has released multiple albums, and has been recognized as Orlando’s Best Pop Act and Central Florida’s Favorite Musician. Whether performing on stage or leading creative teams behind the scenes, Billy brings the same passion for storytelling and audience engagement that has defined his career.
