A Louisiana native, Lindsay was raised in a close-knit community in southwest Louisiana before attending Louisiana State University, where she met her husband and Villa Creative founder, Aaron Watson. Following graduation, the couple relocated to Central Florida to begin their careers with The Walt Disney Company, an experience that helped shape their shared appreciation for exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and creative collaboration.
Over the course of her career, Lindsay has built extensive experience in business operations, sales, client services, and financial management through leadership roles with Expedia Local Experts, State Farm, and Louisiana Farm Bureau. Her diverse professional background provides Villa Creative with the operational expertise and financial discipline that support the company’s continued growth while allowing its creative teams to focus on what they do best—creating unforgettable experiences.
As Vice President of Business Operations, Lindsay oversees the company’s financial administration, payroll, contracts, business systems, and day-to-day operations. Often described as the perfect complement to Aaron’s creative vision, she provides the structure and strategic oversight that transform ambitious ideas into a sustainable and successful business.
Outside the office, Lindsay and Aaron have built a life centered around family and community, raising their three children in the same Louisiana hometown where Lindsay grew up. An avid gardener and passionate home cook, she enjoys creating memorable moments around the table and believes that hospitality, whether at home or through live entertainment, begins with making people feel welcome.
