Robin Sisk serves as Senior Vice President of Creative Operations at Villa Creative, where she transforms creative vision into flawlessly executed live entertainment experiences. She oversees every stage of production, leading show execution, casting, talent coordination, and day-to-day creative operations while serving as a trusted collaborator throughout the creative development process. As both a mentor and cultural leader, Robin helps foster the collaborative spirit and artistic excellence that define Villa Creative.
Robin has been part of Villa Creative since its inception, originally performing as one of the company’s signature stilt-walking musicians. Today, while leading productions behind the scenes, she can still occasionally be found on stage as a musician and bandleader, reflecting her belief that great creative leadership begins with understanding the performer experience firsthand.
A highly respected musician with more than two decades of professional performance experience, Robin is recognized as one of the most accomplished and versatile freelance tuba artists in the eastern United States. Her career has taken her from theme parks and recording studios to concert halls and national broadcasts, performing with orchestras, brass ensembles, chamber groups, and contemporary artists across a wide range of musical genres. Her work has been featured in productions and broadcasts for Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, Universal Orlando Resort, NBC Sports, PBS, and numerous other entertainment organizations.
Robin’s career in themed entertainment began as a member of the prestigious Disney All-American College Band before returning to Walt Disney World as a professional musician with the Main Street Philharmonic and the EPCOT Candlelight Processional Orchestra. She made history as the first woman cast as a professional tuba player at Walt Disney World, paving the way for future generations of performers.
In addition to her work in entertainment, Dr. Sisk is a passionate educator dedicated to developing the next generation of musicians. She serves on the music faculties of Stetson University and Rollins College, where she combines professional experience with academic excellence to mentor aspiring performers.
Whether coordinating a large-scale production, casting exceptional talent, or stepping onto the stage herself, Robin brings creativity, precision, and a deep commitment to collaboration. Her unique blend of artistic expertise and operational leadership helps ensure every Villa Creative production delivers memorable experiences that resonate long after the final curtain.
